How to make Easy Tomato Fry
Big onion - 3 nos
TOMATO - 3 nos
green chillies - 3 nos
Sambar chillies - 3 nos
Refined oil -11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds -1tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbs
TOMATO Sauce - 3 tbs
Water - 1/2 - 1 Cup

ഇന്നലെ പൊറോട്ട കഴിക്കാൻ ഒരു കൊതി. പൊറോട്ടയൊന്നും കിട്ടുന്നുമില്ലല്ലോ. അപ്പോഴാ ഞാൻ ചേച്ചിയുടെ ചാനലിൽ പൊറോട്ട ഒന്ന് സെർച്ച്‌ ചെയ്തത്. കിട്ടി ഈസി പൊറോട്ട. മാവുപരത്തി വച്ചിട്ട് ഒന്നര മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞ് വലിക്കുമ്പോ അതുവലിഞ്ഞു വരൂല്ലോ അപ്പൊ എനിക്കുണ്ടായ സന്തോഷം അതു ചേച്ചിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞാൽ മനസിലാവുമോ എന്നെനിക്കറിയില്ല. പൊറോട്ട കഴിച്ച സന്തോഷം അപ്പൊ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായി . പിന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിച്ചു. ശരിക്കും സൂപ്പറാരുന്നു ചേച്ചി. അടിപൊളി. എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടായി . ഒരുപാട് താങ്ക്സ് ചേച്ചി

ഇപ്പോൾ തക്കാളിയുടെ വിവിധ എെററം ആണ് ഓരോ ദിവസവും. 😌😌
ഇപ്പോൾ അല്ല എപ്പോളും മിത ജീവിതം ശീലമാക്കിയാൽ ആരോഗ്യത്തിനും (both financial and physical health) നല്ലതാണ് .
എപ്പോഴും ഇൗ adjustment നല്ലത് തന്നെ. പക്ഷേ.. കടകളിൽ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് സൂപ്പർ market പോയാൽ.. ഓരോ items കാണുമ്പോൾ തോന്നും ഇതും കൂടി വാങ്ങാം എന്ന്. പക്ഷേ.. actually നമുക്ക് അത് വലിയ അത്യാവശ്യം ഒന്നും കാണില്ല താനും. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള അനാപത് ചിലവുകൾ ഒഴിവാക്കി.
