@@AliceDavidson-l4i Thank you! You can use an iPad, Samsung tablet, surface pro. It just depends on the company you’re going with as they may have preferences but typically the ones I just named work.

WOW lots of options and yes I would do IPEN. Think it is a great option, with everyone using their technology to look up stuff, buy a house and why not do an E signing. Love it and the bells and checks that are in place. A lot like the Docu sign we use in Real Estate. Sounds like we could save a lot of money not having to carry ink, stamps and notary journals,, correct me if wrong. Have to check and see if CT is allowing this since we just got RON. Thanks

Question, how much should you charge for ipen motorizations? My state allows $30.00 for Ron but there’s no mention of ipen?
