Ya I laugh at these instructional videos with everyone on the ground with a small diameter pipe set up all nice with a perfect square cut using a pipe vice and easily mounting the roll groover and then spinning the groover and in seconds have a nice grooved pipe..........in the real world your doing this overhead standing on a 10 foot ladder in a tight space cutting 4" + carbon steel pipe and have to make sure that cut is perfectly square while trying fight all the surrounding pipes next to the one your working on then muscle lifting this groover over your head and trying to keep it straight and make a nice solid groove joint!! It ain't easy and it's not happening in seconds
Try doing that on a 150mm pipe above a ceiling with a pissed cut!

Pretty cool. more versatile than the big machine and I could probably do it faster too!
