But the algorithm has been sooooo frustrating lately. I'm really thinking about pivoting to UGC because I love the process of creating videos.

Usually brands have contracts that they send to me, and I do take the time to read through the whole thing to make sure I agree to what I am signing, than I save the contract to my files just incase :)

That was actually one of the reasons for me too. I was scared of the contracts for sure, so I do take the time to read through contracts and look up anything I don’t understand in it. Don’t let it hold you back! It’s all a learning experience☺️

normally starting out depending on the quality of the content, usually $100 per video and once you feel you need to raise your price you can! Also I do have a video on my channel that walks you through how I made my portfolio. I will attach it!

No I don’t I recently stopped my part time job and have been fully dedicating myself to content creating! Before when I was working though, I tried to spend whatever free time on had on it
recently yes! at first I was working full time and doing it in my free time and on the weekends. A lot of time management and honestly I felt like i was “working” 24-7. But once the income started coming in I went to part time and than once I started making the income I needed to live off of I was able to do this full time!

Hey!!! That is so freaking awesome to hear😍 and when I first started I made a separate IG for UGC and i put myself on all the UGC apps to expand my reach. Also make sure your email is on your socials so brands can reach you. And for the videos on your portfolio, you can always use products around your house to make a mock video for your portfolio, and once you start working with brands you can switch those out!
@@nawneetkumar3510 yes! you don't HAVE to register for the apps, but I feel like they helped me get myself out there a lot faster. And once the portfolio is done, you can send that to brands to show your work!
Yes! I didn't pay for any courses or anything. I did A LOT of research and watched a ton of videos and put my foot in the creator space to just learn. I am definitely still learning too, but there is so much information out there for us! Whatever I do learn, I try to share on my channel :)
