The way Duran Duran incorporates new technology into their music is truly amazing. Been a fan since the 80's . I can't get enough of the new album. I love it !
One of the many things that removes Duran Duran from the 80's pack, is the immersion within sound for the listener - a soundscape. Much more than a tune, lyrics, chord structure or melody ("more than just colour and shape"). Nothing else has been quite as satisfying for me. What a sublime pleasure to hear Nick talking about taking the existing works to a new frontier of sound!
I bet So Red The Rose would be even more incredible. The intricate sounds enhanced , Lady Ice ,Rose Arcana, Election Day....all of it!! Do it all guys !!
Nick has always been my fave. 40 years and counting…could listen to his voice all day.
