Of course! It's a spicy tomato pasta sauce. It's the pot of tomato sauce (not the tin tomatoes) that we poured into the gnocchi before baking it. It's really tasty on its own, and we often have it as just arrabbiata and gnocchi if we're feeling super lazy, but we've used it as the based of the sauce because of the extra flavour it has over a tin of tomatoes. The fish finger sandwich looks so good! I've never seen vegan fish fingers here in the US but I'll keep an eye out for them so I can try that one!
