I remember reading about Freddy's eyelids being semi-transparent, meaning Freddy can see directly through them. Which would make "Quiet Hours" a little more creepy

I think one of the reasons Phisnom is focusing so much on Bonnie being the scarer of the bunch is because he is originally the most aggressive but also because Scott admitted to having nightmares of Bonnie while and after making the first game

I gotta take a moment to gush about the way they handled the eyes for a second-
In fnaf I never understood what the blacked-out eyes were supposed to be. Were they empty sockets with the light illuminating the eyeballs being the white pupils, are they just black eye balls? Either way, how do they even remove or change them, or is it just horror magic?
Here it seems to just be closed eyelids, which have a dot of light reflecting off them, which simultaneously gives the illusion of the eyes always following you, which is so clever, realistic and horrifying?? And if the lids are semi-transparent, like a comment suggests, that would mean that they really *are* looking at you, when you think they aren't, and I couldn't be more in love-

Thing is, there was a fnaf 2 plus, it was fnaf 2 open source, made by the same creator, but Scott took it down since he thought it was just a free version of the game

@@the_brallon fnf and fnaf both have (or had) the provlem of not really being child games with child audiences. This becomes a problem, when bad actors get into the community, and say, take open source material and make crap to find kids that can be targeted.

Scott took it down because it was a free version of FNAF 2 that was also better and modernised, which means that people could download it instead of buying FNAF 2 which is where the problem lies

Honestly the only disappointing part about this series of stuff is the fact phisnom has said they're not gonna finish fnaf plus so all we have is just speculation on what it'll be like from these videos alone
Just speculation but if we're assuming the theory that the teen investigator possesses Foxy is true, it could be possible that it was the Puppet controlling Foxy during the Breaking + Entering tape since at the end, once the door is pushed open and Foxy isn't there, we see the Puppet's face peeking out from the shadows. So that could be an implication that it was The Puppet pulling the strings (no pun intended). A puppet is also a type of doll that is normally controlled by a puppeteer, which could have some ironic implication that the Puppet is capable of "puppeteering" the other animatronics. If this is the case, then wow, they must be powerful. Though the extent of that power is unknown. Maybe they're only capable of puppeteering one animatronic, which is why they seek other souls to possess the other animatronics.
What could also lend more credence to the theory is that the Puppet is responsible for giving life to each of the animatronics, so him appearing to the teen right before he (presumably) gets killed could be him preparing to transfer his soul into Foxy. In a way, similar to the Grim Reaper appearing to a person before their death, preparing to take their soul away. Though that sounds a little pretentious, the tape did reference an Edgar Allan Poe poem so clearly Phil is willing to throw in some symbolism and metaphor, and its cool so I'm rolling with it.
Though again this is all wild speculation on my end. But hey its fun to think about.
This is actually a good idea but phisnom already said that the teen didn’t die.
Fairly certain that William Afton is responsible for the missing kid in the final VHS tape, as Phil did say that neither Foxy nor the Puppet killed them. It’s also likely that, through the camera in the Parts Room (which if you look closely you can see a red light turn on) that William is watching the kid through the restaurant’s cameras.
Why would Charlotte kill a kid though? Why would any of the animatronics kill a kid
The whole theory that the teenager's soul possessed Foxy contradicts Fritz having already been possessing Foxy for the past decade at that point, which is established, canonical lore.
@@gaminganimators7000 Well, I admit that is a confusing part, however since this IS a non-canon remake, it's entirely possible the lore can be rewritten however Phisnom chooses (as long as Scott approves of course). In other words its like a FNAF AU.
Maybe in this AU the animatronics are just fully hostile to anyone no matter their age.
I like how it’s Bonnie being the most ominous and scary, the main evil guy is a corpse in a Bonnie costume and I remember Scott was mostly terrified of Bonnie rather then everyone else

Barely six minutes in and I'm loving him pointing out how a lot of the horror is already from Bonnie. It just reminds me of how Scott Cawthon had stated he had nightmares about Bonnie while creating the first game. So it might not be intentional, but if it is I love that subtle detail.

4:24 Technically, there actually WAS a FNAF 2 plus called "FNAF 2: Open Source" that was actually made before the development of FNAF Plus by Phisnom. It used the help wanted models and was made in Gamemaker Studio. It was going to be made open source so aspiring fan game devs could learn how to code in gamemaker studio by looking at the code. It actually gave all the animatronics new mechanics, removed the music box, reimplemented the scrapped toxicity meter, and much more. It was taken down by Scott, however, because he thought it would hurt the sales of the real FNAF 2. This lead to a conversation between Phisnom and Scott that somehow ended up with Phisnom in the fanverse making a remastered version of FNAF 1 instead of FNAF 2. Got this from an uhyeah video if you're wondering.
the series lost it’s horror when Scott forgot the robots were supposed to be haunted and just gave them personalities for whatever reason

@@hgmd3284 I'm mostly talking about Sister Location. In the same game where dead kids haunt childhood mascots, other robots are just... sentient. No reason as far as I know. Even if they were haunted they talk too much to really give off the uncanny valley FNAF thrives off. Security Breach didn't do anything better

Something I like about Freddy’s design in conjunction with the framing in the second tape is that when he closes his eyes to laugh, his eyelids reflect a light in such a way that makes it look like Bonnie’s eyes in his rare death screen.

When i first heard about Fnaf+ i entered on the Twitter page of the guy who is making it, and the first post i saw was he talking about this new tool on Blender (3D software) he had just found out and would improve a lot his worflow... but as a professional 3D modeller myself, that given tool he had just "found out" was an absolute basic of 3D modelling, its icon is literally all the time shown on screen, so i was REALLY worried about the quality of this project. But now seeing this video and knowing that he think that pissing people off is funny, i now why he posted that hehe It didn't really bothered me, it was just worriyng, i'm glad to know it was a joke (I hope)

Also the candles are teeth with golden teeth, and I assume that foxy in the foxy pov tape was possessed by the cameraman who tried to find the exit to get out, but I assume could not and stopped due to programming.
Phisnom is really pretentious. Plus looks like it’ll be great, and I look forward to separating the art from the artist.

I feel like no one is talking about this, but at 21:34 when Foxy's banging on the door, the Freddy mask in the top left looks yellow. It may be a trick of the light, but it does call attention to the fact that we haven't seen anything Golden Freddy related yet.

@@an-animal-lover No, it's that Chica's right eye is Foxy's. It's yellow/gold in color and larger than her left side purple eye, (which G1 Chica had both purple) and is droopy, like it's not slotted correctly.
When I image searched FNaF+ Foxy, you can see an image that showed what he apparently looked like before his discontinuation and possession, having two gold/yellow eyes and a black vest with red trim like Freddy's. So, I think when Foxy was discontinued and left to rot, employees took his right eye, normally covered by his flappable eye-patch as a lazy way to quick fix Chica when she needed a new one. "Because cutting corners is just good business ."

A youtube horror series that would be interesting to look into is marble hornets. It's one of the earliest instances of horror on RUclips, and though it may not be technically classified as analog, it is definitely worth the time watching it.
I've watched All of the marble hornets episodes, and uh, unfortunately it was left on a cliffhanger, never to tell us whether we'd ever see Alex or how the story ended. It was a great series to watch about filmmakers whom abandoned a horror film project only to they themselves end up in some horrifying project that occurs out in the mid-west...And to this day we don't know if it was real or not, or if the survivors died or just, no one has ever bothered to go to that specific location to see if anyone is willing to figure out the mystery of what happened to the marble hornets guys.
The writer also has a continuing comic series that picks up the story. As of right now there are 4 books in the series and one in the works

I like to think the reason Phisnom made FNaF+ Bonnie so much creepier than the others is because Scott said during an interview back in the day, that Bonnie was the animatronic he was most scared of, even having nightmares where he'd just be staring at Scott in his house

Mask of the red death, extremely simplified, is about the rich attempting to avoid a plague before it eventuality gets them because of their hubris I feel like that's got something to do with the story maybe hinting at how William's death in this version happens during FNAF 1

This might seem like a very random comment, but when it comes to Phisnom, I like to imagine him as being a young but harsh teacher, critiquing games with next to no sugar coating, as that’s probably how his early days of game development were like for him, but since those days have molded him into the person he is today, I can imagine that he wants to give other developers the same tips and opportunities. Tough love to say the least.

I absolutely love fnaf plus. The whole atmosphere that it gives is exactly like the original fnaf to me but like x10. The graphics look great and that makes it even better cause you can rlly see the grimy and unsettling look of the place.
it really gives off the run down and low budget vibe as Fazbear Entertainment is basically been brought down to their knees by the 90's and is stagnating in growth and will close by the end of the year
Honestly tape 6 makes me think Phisnom might be making the “Foxy is a good guy but doesn’t actually know how to help” theory canon in his take on the story, Foxy doesn’t attack our camera man, it’s the puppet, it’s fully possible he could’ve been trying to reach out to warn the camera man about the puppet and the other animatronics but doesn’t know how to do it without looking like the scariest bastard of all time
It looks like Bonnie is tilting his head in the Freddy tape when he looks directly at the camera during “Small Talk”
It’s almost as if he’s curious, he’s not hostile, just curious as to what the camera man or Freddy is doing.

The idea of them still acting weird during the day is so scary since you don’t know what they’ll do, you could get on stage and try to take a joke picture like people do at Chuck E. Cheese and they could just bite your head off

The only major gripe that I have with these videos is that you have to turn your brightness SO high. Most people don’t have their screen on full brightness, and so when you exit out of a tape and are greeted with RUclips’s bright white interface you get fucking flash grenade-d.
