So, you have to do a little circle around the Nemesis to make him turn and not charge at you when you move away to shoot him? Nice. That unpredictable charge was the only thing that make him challenging for veteran players.
You have to make him do the complete grab animation and stay right behind him when he finishes it to force the turning around animation and prevent him from charging yes.
The Eagle has a random chance of critical shots which can cause Nemesis to flinch and possibly retaliate with a quick attack I won’t be able to dodge. The Samurai Edge will never do such, allowing me to keep damaging him on specific setups.
Btw, how do you get nemesis to behave himself so much? He doesn’t seem to ever run at you and throw punches. Does running in circles around his body after a grab make him less aggressive?
@@Aether2125 is there a resource you can direct me to, that talks about these advanced nemesis battle strategies? Im currently making a binder of useful information and strategies for reference. You’re definitely in my opinion the most skilled RE3 player I’ve seen.
@@darthjader8272 I'm not sure if such resource exists. I learned these strategies myself as every other player was relying on getting Nemesis stuck on a corner or quickshot methods. I could explain the idea behind the strategies if you need. There is one cool design I didn't cover in this run which is shooting rocket launcher Nemesis with grenade launcher at the right time and make him miss the shot while damaging him.
@@Aether2125 that would be awesome! I’m currently in the process of writing down every little piece of information I can possibly gather about advanced strategies in the original RE3. Any advanced tips and tricks that you have are very helpful. I didn’t see this response until today.
@@Aether2125 btw I noticed one little detail about this run, was you didn’t even let Carlos take damage in the Restaurant. Again, this is the best playthrough of RE3 I’ve seen. No one else would take it that far lol
Excellent run but I wonder: why not use the faster 9mm handgun? It also ha the 8% chance of a shot bullet being as impactful as a Magnum one, it would have helped the battles considerably!
Thanks. The stuns are random and can cause Nemesis to start sprinting and potentially punching you. If you happen to get the critical shot at the wrong time, it can compromise the strategy.
@@Aether2125 the programmers should really have been more wary of such a feature, it is obtuse to have an extra better weapon to actually hamper a workable strategy
GG! the category is already hard enough but making it with no exploits it's insane. Congratulations Aether!
Thanks!
This is a perfect run bro!
Holy moly, those Nemesis sprint punch dodges. 👑
Legendary gameplay Aether!! 😎👍🎮🏆
Wow no cheese nemmy run Ggs you don’t see that to often amazing run 😮
♠ ♥ Are you playing it with the teamx Mod or HD Seamless? ♦ ♣ It looks good the clean pre-rendered backgrounds and the inventory screen.
teamx Mod.
As always 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks!
You are such a beast
I could have swore you had a run where you killed all the enemies. Maybe I’m insane.
Not yet. May be out soon.
Remind me on discord if I forgot to be there :D
Any interest in doing a Kill All type run in this game? I would love to see that.
Never tested it actually but I'm guessing it'd be a little hard to fit in S rank.
Do you prefer this version over the remake?

You miss the enhance handgun ammo and enhance shotgun ammo.
That will also enjoyable for this classic great game.
I don't go for enhanced ammo because each shot stuns Nemesis and can get him to sprint towards you which can be dangerous if he decides to punch.
Fucking amazing
Yeah buddy!!
Amazing video! I was wondering if you can Hit me with the avatars you have from the HD mod, I prefer those over the seamless HD avatars tbf
I got them from a friend - ARESaurio.
@@Aether2125 do you mind if I can get them for a Google drive link or something like that?
@@remake9804 I don’t have it anymore unfortunately. Maybe Ares might still have it.
The textures look sharp, what version is that?
There's a texture mod by teamx that can be used with PC SourceNext version.
A fantastic run. Was su fun to watch! 😄
Thanks!
Is there a reason as to why you use the Samurai Edge as opposed to the Eagle pistol?

Yeah, the turning animation has more priority than other behaviors and resets his aggressiveness.

WAIT ARRANGE MODE?? WHAT????
Arrange mode on PC is the American version.
If you ever play Re5 on PC in Slayers or Mercenaries then look me up. Signed Bat11man99.
