Great lap! Nice battle with the E46. You can see the owner is loving it, big smile all the time 😆. The Z is an amazing car. It's such a shame, the New Z doesn't find it's way to Europe ☹
The 350Z was part of a Nissan revival under Carlos Ghosn and part of the strategy to increase profits and financial stability was a streamlining of chassis across various models. With that being said, the 350Z actually shares the same chassis as the Murano which is an SUV which explains why it is a little heavy. I still have my 2004 which I built the motor and twin turbo'd it to about 720hp so the weight isn't a concern for me for the most part. It's still the best looking of all the Z generations (I always felt the 370Z was over-designed and they ran out of ideas on how to make the already incredible 350 looked better so they just threw a bunch of angles and cut outs at the 370. I also hate how the rear of the 370 looks like a dog taking a poop because they got rid of the deck that the 350 had at the back)
Would have been nice if owner pressed the S button on the shifter for synchro rev match. Misha had mentioned it a couple times like he was expecting it was on. The OEM engine tune on these combined the heavy dual mass flywheel make the engine very laggy so heel and toe not so effective as you could see. An Ecutek custom tune done on mine and couldn't believe how much more response. As for sound I think after 2014 they have artificial sound and sound like someone holding down the key on a casio keyboard as this one did. Cat delete with resonated test pipe and the VQ will really open up and sing in the top end.
God it will never not be stress inducing watching people on the Nurburging, such a tight, fast and technical track especially with how many drivers there are.

Very nice. I'm surprised at how much speed it carries. Love the 370!
Great lap! Nice battle with the E46. You can see the owner is loving it, big smile all the time 😆. The Z is an amazing car. It's such a shame, the New Z doesn't find it's way to Europe ☹
400Z so overpriced man
Just changed my 370z to twin plate clutch and tune, you gotta do it, so much difference in driving feel
Ive read this too great to hear
If you're not first you're last.

Its better be dead than be second
@@lpis150 LMFAO 🤣
I also hate how the rear of the 370 looks like a dog taking a poop because they got rid of the deck that the 350 had at the back)
Exactly and its easy to get a little more power out of any 350z.
Just proof that it’s often the driver that makes the biggest difference
Would have been nice if owner pressed the S button on the shifter for synchro rev match. Misha had mentioned it a couple times like he was expecting it was on. The OEM engine tune on these combined the heavy dual mass flywheel make the engine very laggy so heel and toe not so effective as you could see. An Ecutek custom tune done on mine and couldn't believe how much more response. As for sound I think after 2014 they have artificial sound and sound like someone holding down the key on a casio keyboard as this one did. Cat delete with resonated test pipe and the VQ will really open up and sing in the top end.
I wanted a 370z ever since I seen some local builds dominate in purely NA. I love the powerband these engines have.
God it will never not be stress inducing watching people on the Nurburging, such a tight, fast and technical track especially with how many drivers there are.
And with NO safety gear.
I’ve always wanted to drive it, but with no other cars, an instructor, and a rental lol not my car haha
@@bjornironsides6474 hah 100% how I feel about it.
The " Vroooom Woooooo, Vroooom Woooo " Sound is Super Strong, im wearing Good Headfones and my Ears are now Ringing after watching this lap lol
What's funny is that is exactly as it sounds in the cabin, is card gives you a great amount of feedback, I'm smiling right now knowing I'm getting ready for a drive. It's that good! Buy one
By the way the sound comes from the speakers. Needs a louder exhaust and turn off the asc.
NA 6, very impressive! Such a good match with the E46 also, the BMW seems a little tighter and flatter in the corners but the Nismo power has the 370Z catching up on the straights. Excellent.
I own the same exact car man, seeing it on the track in awesome!!!
Great video, just sold mine! Fun little car.
You need to have sports mode turned on to engage auto rev match 👍🏽
I love nismo products 🥰
I think Misha needs to take more track focused 350z around the ring one with a good wheel and tire setup a light weight flywheel and good seats
Yesss, I was so happy to see you got to try a 370z!
Nismo perfected both the vq and z platform by the time the z34 released with the vhr!
Thoroughbred racecar right out of the box reminiscent to a porsche without the hefty price tag!!
She's ROARING.
Lovely sound
NA V6 sounds great
That 330 was really quick.
Misha your driving thru the curves in perfection is amazing !! Great FOOT WORK !! . Anything else don’t drive manual !!
Misha ... you should have been a ballerina ... that pedal dancing was awesome.
370 was pulling a lot harder than I thought it would over 100mph. Nice lap
23k miles??? This thing is mint! Always loved the 350Z chassis, the 370Z is great too. 😊
Edit: The rev hang is real, might need an ECU remap and lighter flywheel to help with that.
Love the Nissan GTR and this 370 .japanees cars are the Best,,.
💯💯💯
Yeah, what can you say, great sound and great driving, solid car.
I cant wait to finish building my 370Z, she is almost track ready just gotta add so more brake upgrades and upgrade the radiator and fan.
Im surprised that dudes car didn't overheat.
Did you get an oil cooler as well? Id say that is more important than the engine coolant radiator. When I took mine racing the coolant temps were fine it was just the oil temps that scared me I was almost hitting 130 degree celsius!
@@quinn7174 yes, I got that as well as 2 piece slotted rotors from Z1 and stainless steel break lines.
I just need the brake pedal brace and MOTUL ABS system, the abs system tends to malfunction at times when the car is pushed hard and the tires tend to lock up.
(I've seen it happen twice on Hot Version with the Amuse 370Z)
Agree. Was surprised to see this Z not overheating. Or maybe neither Misha not the owner of the car did watch at the temp gauge :)
Dai was well happy reminded him of the A470 north of Merthyr. I've always fancied a 350z but looks like the 370 is the one to get.
are there any Infiniti's ? or anymore GTR's ? that you have taken around the track?
Thanks for helping me with my assetto corsa lap times Misha!
The foot work…. Never do this at home folks 😅
Was revmatch ever activated? I dont see the S on the tach or hear the engine revmatch
I miss my Nismo. I sold mine 2 years ago which was a big mistake :(
i remember rushing down to nissan to buy one of these things, and i was quite disappointed not being able to fit :D :D wish i did, they look great fun
Love my 2018 Z Nismo. Upgraded verified to179 MPH.
Misha, how would you compare 370 to I30N on the track ? I kwow these are completely different cars, I always wanted 370, but had to settle for I30N due to family reasons. I love the N, but wondering how much I am missing :D
The i30N leaugues ahead- especially with that trick diff up front.
Just won't sound as good!
These NISMO cars are well done.
The copilot seem scared at times😂😂😂 while the pro driver calm like a feather.
Hi Misha,
how would you compare the 370z nismo to german counterparts like bmw? For the price?
That sound tho ❤
That yellow saved those bemmers being overtaken.
New sub ! Great video and great driving
Rev match is the S button idk why he didn't just press it for you. It didn't sound as good downshifting.
Finally a 370z Nismo!
