I could not reproduce later, which is unfortunate. I wonder if it had something to do with me leaving the game and loading the save though.

@@GamingWithEckerson Maybe. What COULD be done I imaging though is opening a door, resealing it and resting again then. Burn 1 wrench to gain health, gain ammo, and reduce stress.
