    Hi nice video for the bench press if my pb is 45kg how heavy should I do?

      He did 6 reps so for you it might be 30kg or how much u can do for 6 reps

      Yes you should be using 30-35kg.

    How much rest do you recommend in between the sets?

      2-5 mins! The more rest you get the more energy you should essentially have to put into each set!
