What is better to do if you want to get faster at sprinting, sprinting with some weights or do explosiveness? Wich helps more?
I would do both. I would do 4 weeks of sprinting with weights, 4 weeks of sprinting uphill without weights, and then 4 weeks of sprinting on a flat surface.
When do we now if im explosive enough?
If you’re able to beat players easily with speed
How many rep and set should i do these exercise?
Anywhere from 5-8 Reps and about 2-3 sets
But what is the differince between explosivness en speed training?
Explosiveness is more focused on the first couple yards vs speed is over a certain amount of distance. Vinicious is very explosive 🧨 but Mbappe is pure speed and pace

Yes, this will help you be quicker to the ball or to be able to beat players in the first 5-10 yds!
