why do i feel like since tokido uses akuma he loses to everyone, even brand new takumas
Might just be getting comfortable with the character still.
His Akuma wouldn't be in legend rank if he was losing nonstop, it's probably just a perception bias developed from the replays that get uploaded to RUclips.

I don't understand why there are idiots like you in the SF6 community. People who play at this level are all elites and one can win against another and vice versa. You think pro players always win all their games ?
Tokido, Chris Wong, Daigo, MenaRD, Kakeru, EndingWalker are all almost the same level and one can win against another depending on who makes misplays the most.
Can’t scrimmage against the computer forever… gotta take your moves out into the field how else will you learn what works or don’t
