What i can see Mena's playstyle is a def rush down akuma, hes really not afraid to go all out from start even burning his meter to zero Tokido is a super calm by the books, but if he knows or even sees a weakness he will press the attack. Interesting playstyles
How much time its takes to master a character? these pros pick new characters on day 1 and fight at even level agaisnt other world level pros with their main tournament characters almost instantly, seems to me it should've taken at least a few days.
Their basics are just really good. These combos aren't really optimized. Give it like a month for people who main that particular character and their combos will look a bit different.
This isnt the type of game that is gonna take that kind of time to realize a character’s gameplan. The gameplay is very simple and almost universally just fundementals. It really comes down to the game imo. Optimizing setplay, frametraps and damage are what comes later.
People already know how Akuma will play on a very “general” level - yes there are differences between games but akumas identity and archetype is mostly retained. Meaning these long time SF pros are tapping into a lot of muscle memory already for legacy characters like Akuma. Oh and ofc their overall fundamentals.

Knowledge and fundamentals from other games translate into sf6. Plus hours and hours of practice in the new game.
