Mango Ice Cram Recipe -
Ripe Mango (chopped)- 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1 cup
Condensed Milk -3/4 cup
Butterscotch Ice cream-
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Condensed milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Cashew - 1/4 cup (crushed)
Food colour (yellow)- 1 pinch
Butter scotch/vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Butter -1/2 tsp
Vanilla IceCream:
Fresh Cream-1 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence -1tbsp
Paan Ice cream-
Fresh cream-1 cup
Condensed milk- 3/4 cup
Sweet paan(along with gulkand) -2
Oreo Ice Cream -
Fresh Cream -1 cup
Condensed milk- 3/4 cup
Oreo biscuits -8
Chocolate ice cream-
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder -1/3 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Choco chips -1/4 cup

cream and condense milk mix ice cream cant be labeled as homemade. plus there is less milk and more fat ratio. so the dislikers may have something positive in their head. By the way i neither liked nor disliked. It is go to recipe of many in general since years.
Today I tried Chocolate icecream for my daughter and it was super creamy with original taste....no ice flakes at all
