I did as you taught in the video. 1st time, I might have put more condensed milk, so it was thick at the bottom but watery on top. 2nd time, I corrected the ratios and mix whipped cream & condensed milk in a mixer. It came out very well. I used butterscotch essence and used nuts & jaggery, instead of sugar, as caramelized topping. Thanks again for your beautiful tutorial.
