Hi Julia I love when you show little tricks and tips to help when cooking. The tip you showed about getting the tomato paste out of the can, is the same thing my mom taught me while cooking. Another tip I learned is when you have to measure honey in a measuring cup, spray the measuring cup with a little spritz of oil and then when you pour the honey, it should all come out of the measuring cup.

I have *3* pounds of ground beef on hand at all times so always looking for new recipes. The one with potatoes looks interesting. I don't need it on top of rice (too many carbs) but will try it without. These will all be on my list.
Tonight we enjoyed the deconstructed enchiladas, substituted with ground turkey and topped with green onions, cilantro, avocado and fresh lime . . . delicious with plenty left over for another meal. Thanks, Julia. 😋
I would add a small board (maybe 1/2 x 8 x 3) to the bottom back side of the part of the ramp you stop on. That would allow it to rock slightly so the pivoting ramp section lifts slightly to pivot easier. That would probably be necessary for me because I'm usually working on my gravel lane, not flat concrete.
Awesome recipes Julia, I’m glad you made a video with different recipes for hamburger meat. Reason being, I have a lot of venison hamburger meat in the freezer and this opens up other ways to cook it that are fast and what appears to be delicious. You can also just rinse a cup, spoon or whatever before measuring sticky stuff or oil or peanut butter…comes right out

I would add a small board (maybe 1/2 x 8 x 3) to the bottom back side of the part of the ramp you stop on. That would allow it to rock slightly so the pivoting ramp section lifts slightly to pivot easier. That would probably be necessary for me because I'm usually working on my gravel lane, not flat concrete.

Awesome recipes Julia, I’m glad you made a video with different recipes for hamburger meat. Reason being, I have a lot of venison hamburger meat in the freezer and this opens up other ways to cook it that are fast and what appears to be delicious.

Julia, thank you! I was thrilled to see these recipes today. Living on a fixed income, it can be difficult to make healthy, affordable meals. With meats being so expensive these days, I practically live on ground beef and really am burned out of burgers. These recipes will be tried out and I can hardly wait!
