As a screen printer I love the concept of DTF especially printing of full colors thinking it would save me set up time but I can't afford the clogging of printing hours of trying to clean print Head maybe days when I'm trying to save time and money,
DTF printers want to be run. They work best in an environment where they are printing very regularly. However, if you follow our best practices you shouldn't have many issues. We'd be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about the DTF process and maintenance. We'd love to help you add DTF to your screen printing business!
We've bad NO issues with ours, no hassle cleaning and no clogs, even when left turned off over the weekends. I'm impressed, to say the least, and absolutely recommend looking into it.
@@DTFSuperstore have your skated with it yet to test the durability. Last time I dtf a board it was subpar compared to the transfer we get that are for skateboards
@@jeikficker9189 no...I'm not much of a skater (as seen in the video). There are definitely better ways to put graphics on a skateboard. This video was more of an experiment to see if it would work, not necessarily if it was the best way to put a graphic on a skateboard.
A UV printer or a Sublimation printer would do a better job. We carry Mimaki UV and sublimation printers, feel free to reach out if you are interested.
Can you guys pleeaassee do a video on the ink removal/halftones and whatnot in the cad-link software?? That would be amazing.
We'll put that on the list! Thanks for the suggestion.

Is it ink with glue or stickers?
I wonder if it will hold up against scratches.
With no clear coat not too well, but with a decent clear coat it’ll hold up as well as any other graphic!
