I have hydroceles on both testicles im in so much pain. Its all i can do is walk somedays ive had a double hernia surgery back in November but im still in very much pain any thing incan do i got a urologist appointment this month thanks.

Is it possible to have my hydrocele drained, then have an AMS 800 artificial sphincter put in and have a penile implant put in? In that possible to have done all in one day?
