FILM DESCRIPTION:
Director Joe Carnahan resurrects the popular 1980s-era action series with this explosive reboot following the adventures of four Iraq War veterans who begin a second career as mercenaries for hire. Col. John "Hannibal" Smith (Liam Neeson), Templeton "Face" Peck (Bradley Cooper), B.A. Baracus (Quinton "Rampage" Jackson), and H.M. "Howlin' Mad" Murdock (Sharlto Copley) are a group of former Special Forces operatives who have been fighting the good fight for eight years when they're sentenced to military prison for a crime they didn't commit. Breaking out with relative ease, they embark on a treacherous quest to clear their names while being hunted across the globe by Charissa Sosa (Jessica Biel), a high-ranking military officer and one of Face's many former lovers. Meanwhile, mysterious CIA operative Lynch (Patrick Wilson) offers tips that help point the federal fugitives in the right direction, which seems to lead straight to former military contractor Pike (Brian Bloom), who may have been responsible for setting them up in the first place. Just when it seems that the A-Team has all the evidence needed to prove their innocence, however, they discover that their latest mission is just getting started.

This movie was faithful to the show and badass at the same time. As a die hard A-Team fan I really enjoyed this movie and it certainly deserved a sequel.

I can’t think of a better group of actors to be cast as this team.

One of the most underrated action movies of the last decade. It´s shame that this movie wasn´t a big hit, but it´s still a very good movie.

As a Mexican, I really made an effort to match what he tries to say in Spanish with the subtitles but, well, it made very little sense.
Being Russian, I can understand you. Watching 90% of Hollywood films in the original (without dubbing), where English-speaking actors try to speak Russian, for me any film turns into a comedy of meaningless dialogues. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I liked this cast and I think any sequels could've been a bit more true to the original series.
The plot here to bring them altogether was agreeably a bit convoluted as the cast and people involved discussed after this films release. But their chemistry was good with some fun set pieces and I think further adventures could haven been fun.

Only one i wasn't a fan of, was the BA actor, really did not do justice to just how badass BA was in the original series.

A team. Is one of my favorite movies. From early childhood. To now age 42 years old. Still love this movie.
In the 1983 version H.M. “Howling Mad” Murdock was my favorite character, but in the 2010 version both John “Hannibal” Smith and H.M. “Howling Mad” Murdock are my favorite characters.
This movie deserves a sequel....

I loved it too. Just watched it on TV for the like the 10th time.
Too many of the “critics” who watched it were of the same opinion: these 4 aren’t the original 4.
They overlooked the minor detail that George is dead, citing instead that they should’ve used the original cast.
People can say what they want about this movie. I grew up on the show and I loved this movie. Especially the 2 cameos in the directors cut

Apparently Bradley Cooper begged the director to let him do the rolling scene all himself. And for some reason, even with the risk to one of the movie’s lead actors they let him. Because he’s Bradley Cooper. Doing stuff properly is what he’s known for.
This and Sahara are two great action films that I can rewatch anytime!
Nice little wink and nod to the OG series with Hanniblal jumping out firing a Mini-14. That was the A-Team's trademark rifle in the OG series.
Funny thing is that in the OG series, they started out useing M16's. It wasn't until the episode where they're trying to break some people out of a prison camp that they got their hands on the Mini-14's. From then on, the Mini-14's became their trademark rifle.
I actually enjoyed this movie I mean I thought it was going to be a cheesy movie but it was actually pretty good👍👍👍 It was cool how Hannibal was using the original Mini-14 or something like in the show... And the iconic pistol.

I do like the fact that they paid homage to the original A-Team van and the Ruger Mini-14s they used in the show. What I DIDN'T like was that they destroyed the van a very short time later in the movie.
I liked that they still had them using Mini 14’s.
