Gibson, as loathe as I am to defend them, has a legal responsibility to defend their trademark/copyright/intellectual property. If they don't defend one case then all the others will file a legal brief claiming Gibson is selectively defending their intellectual property. Not surprisingly, this guitar is a scam.

I agree Gibson is in a rock and hard place situation they have to defend the product or lose the patent rights.
