Yay, was just thinking you hadn't done a video in a while! Easy hacks to make the chicken and herbs easier. I always dice it first so it gets fully coated in spices and cooks faster so it stays juicy. When I buy fresh herbs I rinse chop and freeze them so they are always available. :)
Good meal ideas, especially dinner. Your lunch seemed pretty light especially being pregnant. Wouldn’t it have been better to add some protein? Oatmeal and a salad with no snacks doesn’t seem like much to get through a whole day.
I’ve noticed this on her WIEIAD’s. Not very much to be honest but I know everyone is different and craves different things/has different hunger needs; etc.personally would be starving lol! love beccas channel by the way!
@@chelseatown3134 I love her channel too. I didn’t want to come across as criticizing, just thought that it wasn’t much food! I know when I was pregnant I needed to eat every couple of hours. Some high protein snacks like nuts or even yogurt would be good.
I thought the same thing. I am 27 weeks pregnant and that lunch of just greens a couple cherry tomatoes, red onion and some dressing wouldnt keep me full for long at all. I’m shocked no protein or carbs at all.
Some days I eat a lot/more heavier foods, some days it’s lighter. Just depends on how I feel! As this baby takes up more room I get full very easily 🙃 and typically want lighter stuff. I don’t “plan out” these videos for them to be perfect…this is truly just me showing you what I eat in a particular day :)

Pro tip- mix the salad dressing in the bottom of your salad bowl before you put all of your salad ingredients in! Saves a bowl to wash! :) Love your videos!

Put a wet paper or cloth towel under your cutting board when cutting, to keep the board from moving around.

Becca, what kind of milk do you use? Is that just regular whole milk or raw?
It look like whole, raw is not advised while pregnant.
I’m sure it’s raw. I love my raw milk! Drank it my entire pregnancy & now I’m breastfeeding.
