Micros option in excel are grayed out in my corporate PC , but my other co-worker is not facing this issue , I have done all initial troubleshoot (I am from IT) I am using office 365 on win 10 64 bit

nashavi ok . There could be two reasons,
either your account doest have permission or system related issue .
try login on other system with ur account if thats a system issue or account related issue . If thats a system specific issue you might need to reset ur profile and if its a account or ur id issue then you can check admin permissions

is this a office computer ? if yes they generally have policies . if not try to login as admin on the computer and enabling them . last option would be google.

When I restart my PC this settings are lost and I have to save again and again every time once system is restart. IS there any permanent solution???

try following steps - if you have not already. :
create a blank excel wb (for enabling macros in excel) .
write something in it.
enable macros like i have shown in video.
and save the sheet on ur desktop.
restart and see if your settings are same. if NOT , then there might be an issue with system profile getting reset on restart .
or if thats a corporate system it could have some permission restrictions. we would need to do some hit and try by finding the file where excel saves its config settings.
let me know ur findings.
