Exciting Mudumalai | 9 species spotted | Jungle Safari | 4K | TamilNadu |🐘🦌🐯🦚🐵🦬

It's time to spend some quality hours with nature 🍃
Enroute to Mudumalai national park in the lap of Nilgiri mountains 🏔 of the Western Ghats.
The fact that Mudumalai National Park (TamilNadu), Mukurthi National Park (TamilNadu) and Bandipur National Park (Karnataka) share the same stretch of forest was a surprise for us. Moreover the forest extends farther north which is the Nagarhole National Park 🏞.

Mudumalai National Park is an abode of Bengal Tiger 🐯, Leopard 🐆, Elephant 🐘, Indian Gaur 🦬, Sloth Bear 🦥, Deer 🦌, Panther , Peacock 🦚 and many exotic birds bird🐦.
Mudumalai Safari can be done by booking ticket from the Theppakadu Reception Center ( link 🔗 given below 👇). We did jeep safari and we shared with another family. We were charged rs 4200 for 4 people. They charge per vehicle.
Also you may drive through NH 181 which cuts through the deep forest of Bandipur and Mudumalai National Parks 🏞.
Self drive through this highway also gives you an excellent 👌 opportunity to spot animals during dusk or dawn.
Unfortunately Elephant 🐘 safari is now closed till further notice. But you may visit the Theppakadu Elephant Camp and enjoy some quality time with your friends and family ❤ . We also spotted racoon but it was so quick that we hardly got chance to take a snap 📸
Cap 🧢 or Hat 🤠, sunscreen lotion 🧴, glasses 🕶 are a must pack while you plan a trip to Mudumalai Safari as it's all outdoor and safari happens in open top Jeeps.
Warning ⚠
1. Drive slow and carefully. Maintain speed limit.
2. Mudumalai National Park entrance is restricted from 6 pm to 6 am. So keep in mind the time while you cross the national park through NH 181.
3. If anyone is visiting Mudumalai from Ooty please make sure to avoid 🚫the route of Kallati Forest Check Post (link 🔗 given below 👇) which also leads to Mudumalai National Park.
Reason being all vehicles are not allowed via this accident prone route. Only TN 43 vehicles are allowed to take this route.
4. Do carry your own water bottles and in sufficient quantity as plastic bottles are not allowed in and around Mudumalai. Water booths are available everywhere for refilling.
5. No loud music 📢 and No honking
