Its compeletely wrong bcoz Women not only claim from their women quote but also from GM & other quotes. Futhermore, this generation women aren't dumb as govt perceive them to give this previlages. They're highly competitive than boys. So the highly competitive women will claim posts in GM & other average scoring women will claim from women Quote. Consequently, Boys won't get any posts in GM either.
The supreme court told men and women are same in armed forces also. Then why separate laws for women including women's commission. Even if a physical fight occurs between a man and woman, there shouldn't be any special action against man.

Anna.... I have a doubt??? SC defence-la women combat role-la place panna soldraanga right... But some people were saying they are mentally and physically weak??.... ithu right or wrong?? Bcoz we take a example: a man working in agriculture field in certain work like hard ploughing but women cannot equally work as men..... I think this point may be valid y they r physically weak?? I'm not against women but this is my doubt????
Women are NOT physically weak compared to men. Even now, women dominate men physically in many tribal groups across the world and even in household roles women do physically demanding jobs compared to men. Reproductive role of women marginalises women as far as participation in public life is concerned.

@John Victor IAS teacher Gender reservation is not the only thing. There is reservation for tamil medium, differently abled,caste based,third gender. So ideally 70+ percentage is covered under reservation. So it is like eating up seats and then going for competition.It is unfair for people not in these categories. If we go for private university entrance exam they go purely by merit. So if we have talent in private sector we can go and get what we want,but in Government it is not like that.
Sir in 2007 Rajesh kumar Daria vs Rajasthan PSC case, Supreme Court provided the guidelines for fulfilling the posts through reservations.. For the past 10 years TNPSC did the recruitment even with 30% women's reservation wrongly, so many male candidates who missed it with 1/2 mark actually eligible for the posts..so for this where we claim the justice?.... Kindly discuss the above case judgement given by the Supreme Court 🙏

Your first openion regarding the matter of reservation for women and the subsequent clarifications for your openion in response to the Mob, instill a thought that you are bending to the whims and wish of the Mob.
Have you people listened to the above video fully and properly? I have spoken in simple Tamil. I have explained the rationale of reservation and why reservation has been offered to women.
I have also explained why the proposed increase in reservation for women in TN will affect opportunities for Men. I ve opposed politically motivated (appeasement) announcements. Blindly supporting unnecessary welfare schemes for women is irrational as blindly opposing necessary empowerment for women.
A normal educated unbiased person will easily understand the contents of the video. I will not sing to the whims and fancies of individuals or ideologies no matter what. I won't support either sex in biased manner.
I will ONLY go by ideals of the Constitution and natural justice.

@@JohnVictorIASteacher @John Victor IAS teacher Gender reservation is not the only thing. There is reservation for tamil medium, differently abled,caste based,third gender. So ideally 70+ percentage is covered under reservation. So it is like eating up seats and then going for competition.It is unfair for people not in these categories. If we go for private university entrance exam they go purely by merit. So if we have talent in private sector we can go and get what we want,but in Government it is not like that.

I am once again asking you to listen to the video properly. No where have I supported women reservation politics.
You still have to learn a lot about nature of Indian society. Even in today's world, women as a class are a weaker section compared to men. Reservation is warranted in needed areas. Unnecessary Reservation for votebank politics is antithetical to democracy.Where in the video have I supported the increase in reservation to 40% ?
MEN, WOMEN and TRANSGENDERS CANNOT BE GIVEN THE SAME RESERVATION. Properly educated person will NOT talk like this.
