Is it worth investing two years in training at Bible College?

We asked Arjan if it was worth investing two years of his life for training at Bible College?
Read his story:
In 2006 we went to the mission field without any training regarding missions. When we came back we got trained. In 2012 we were sent out to West Africa, and just the difference between not being trained and being trained was HUGE ...... in our approach to people, in approach to mission work, our own attitude, our deepening of our faith, trust in the Lord - all the things we learned at Bible college. My wife and I have often said to each other what a big mistake it would have been, if we were to have just gone out again without training. The two years training are so worth it: to invest two years of your life to get some formal training and then be sent out.
