hi FINEANDMILD it depends how much other food is at the party often by the time it gets to cake kids are full already and only want a small piece, in that case this will suffice. If you want more then I would suggest either doubling the cake and stacking it higher, or keeping it at the level and make the body too :)

hi lizzyloo, is the licorice sinking as in all of it then it sounds like the frosting is not firm enough. if it is just not staying where you put it then try warming it very slightly in the microwave and then making it the shape you need.

Hi Erumsohail Ahmed, If you've made the sugar paste and kneaded it and it is a bit dry you can add a little more water, a tiny bit at a time. It should be stored double wrapped in plastic or it will dry out as with store bought fondant.

Hi myradelosg, do you mean tresleche (three milks) or dulce de leche caramel? if the latter then click on howtocookthat ot go to the channel and follow the recipe for the caramel cupcakes but make a cake and use the dulce de leche frosting between the layer and italian meringue over the top.
