THANK YOU! I just relieved years of pain, I'll do these daily from now on. I was a house painter and I held a brush in one position for many 10-14 hour days. Now I'm in engineering school writing for many 10-14 hour days. What a rat race. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Great! Exercises are simple, short, and so far, very effective for quick relief of my finger cramping. Ironically, my hand cramping only occurs on my left hand! I'm right-handed and therefore it gets more exercising or movement. Great video.

Thank you so much Michelle! I have been a professional artist painting for over 50 years and recently started having cramps in both hands. Its mainly the smaller pencil thickness brushes that give trigger the cramping. I was so glad to see the great video and will start my exercises daily ASAP.

I don't work with my hands often. When I do, assembling and working with small parts and hand tools, my hands cramp to the point that I can't continue and have to (had to) stop because of hand / finger cramps. Cramps that last (on and off) for hour. I just finished such a project and my fingers with cramped as to be useless. I found this excellent video. I did the 3 exercises and message and as proof of the effectiveness of the exercises I was able to type out this thank you completely cramp free. Truth be told this long time sufferer is kinda shocked at the effectiveness. Subscribed, thanks so much.

Thank you so very much Michelle.I was Cooking dinner and my fingers started cramping. It was very painful And I do not even like to do it. I put my hand down for the table and put pressure But as soon as I left my hand up, the cramping started again. I found you on youtube and adding will exercise as he and immediately after finishing all your exercises, my hands felt back to normal. I can't thank you anymore for teaching me and others these Exercises. This happened to me the other day When I was sewing. I honestly will do these exercises every Single day and I will tell my friends about you. I'm seventy five And these hands Have worked very hard. We don't hardly ever go out to eat so therefore I cook every day and do a lot of sewing.

Please do not slough! When I tried the first exercise by closing my hands, the left hand refused to open. I had to use the right hand to lift the fingers back to their position. I waited a couple of minutes and tried again, but it happened again. After several times, that is when I started feeling better. You are so fantastic. Thank you so much. I am a new subscriber!

I'm honestly in shock, just at the amount of instant relief. I was just looking up some tips on what to do for my cramping hands because I work at a keyboard all day. The initial exercises with the contractions honestly felt like they were kind of hurting at first even though I wasn't doing them that rough, but when I got to working the muscles between fingers and stretching them I was definitely noticing some change. When I wrapped up the last of the exercises with a small stress ball in my hand I felt like I had full range of motion in my hands again, thank you so much for this.

Not sure if this is the right site for me but I will give these exercises a try. Can’t hurt to try. My fingers pull themselves inward like a claw and so far only shaking my hand will help to stop whatever is going on. So far, this is the only video that seems to address this issue. Wish me luck because no doctor I’ve seen has been helpful. ❤️

Thank you! My hands don't cramp, I am looking for a variety of ways to get feeling back into my fingers after an injury and backward motion in my wrist. I really like the one towards the end where you open the spaces between the fingers at their base. I put a foam ball in between my hands, and pushed my palms together to get some backward motion in my wrist. I noticed my fingers didn't feel as numb afterwards, and it's the farthest my wrist has bent back! 😊.

I do a lot of handicrafts (knitting, crochet, drawing, patchwork quilting) and I’ve recently had to remove a whole lot of interfacing from my fabric... which meant a lot of pinching and pulling away from the fabric. This is great! I usually do the first part of the second exercise (full contraction of fingers), but didn't know about the release afterward. Not sure why my fingers cramp especially after I've been using my hands alot (after cooking, for example, having spent time peeling or chopping vegetables.) I assume my hand cramps are caused by diabetes, kidney disease, stenosis, and/or dehydration, all of which I suffer from, unfortunately, so I will make frequent use of these techniques. Thank you so much for sharing!

Please help me. I had an operation on my hand because the thumb tendon was cut, and after removing the stitches, the doctor advised me to do physical therapy, but the thumb tendon got stuck, so the doctor returned the operation to me so that the tendon moved in its course easily. But now the tendon is still short and my thumb can't reach the palm of the hand and the hand muscle is weak and I still can't grab small things with my fingers. Please advise me with information and how long it takes for the tendon to return to its length, knowing that the first operation was in October and the second was in January, and thank you very much for the videos. They are very useful, but I find it difficult to apply them because the strength of my hands is weak, especially the thumb.
