I think the problem is optocoupler's led side. optocoupler is not broken. So this is a practical sollution.

I have the same problem on the sony KDL32EX521, which is the fault, do you know the board is GE2

Nice explanatiuon. i thoght was the crazy t-con and it's the led power measured on tiodes on psu that is gone.

maybe feedback to opto. not working correctly, soldering direct not need opto for power supply to inverter
