Sir AP ki video bohat help full hay Lekin is pump room main pump ki discharge main check valve k bad DRV ( balancing valve) b hota hy vo nhi Mila us k bare koi information hy tao Bata dain vo kiun install nhi Kiya ?
It is not compulsory to provide balancing valve at pump discharge. It is small network therefore designer decided, I think so.

Dear Tanveer bhai, excellent video, I want to share my experience, if check valve available on pump discharge, so no need chiller outlet, 2ndly what is function of 2-way at chiller suction while u have at AHU outlet line, is chiller is variable speed?
Thanks Tahir Hussain, This project design by another company consultant and this work done as per design requirements. Now I give my input, If strainer is is increased then water cleaning will be improved and head calculation of chilled pump accordingly, 2ndly 2-way valves operation by BMS for ON/OFF purpose because both Chiller & pumps are interlinked with eachother.

Chiller ka Actuator ko kaishe on off kar sakte hai .
You can set manually ON the actuator till the automatic system start working.

And 100 ton chiller kitny AHUs ko lag sakty hy.
Ya ik chiller ik hi AHU ko lag sakta hy.

Equipment manufacturer finalized the compressors of chiller according to capacity. AHUs quantities are not fixed according to cooling capacity. According to space cooling capacity calculate and AHU decided according to conditions, simply cooling capacity of chiller is not fixed with capacity of AHUs.

Standby or as per load operate load conditions. For example load 50% only one compressor run and load greater than 60% both compressors run

1) In this plant are both primary and secondary both pumps or installed or only variable speed pumps are installed to pump water from ahus to chiller??
2) Where is the expansion tank and air separator is installed before the pumps or after the pumps?

Both can be used but mostly depends on load of flow of water.
