I hope she doesn’t take this the wrong way but she make the work outs look easy and yet she doesn’t have that super muscular look. For me it is very inspirational to see because it shows that even if you don’t look super buffed she is very fit and very good at what she does.
I hope there are more videos of what she does on preparing and all that I love watching them. Me being the same age as her and a full time college student and doing CrossFit it’s hard to find the balance between both and honestly watching her videos makes me feel so motivated to continue making the time to meal prep and train cause sometimes it feels like I have no time to train but then I watch her and I’m like yeah I need to stop being lazy!! Love these videos

Where does she get the barebells shakes from? I didn’t think they sold to US.
She is way more disciplined than I was at 18. She's juggling school and training. I would have tried college for the experience; however, I would probably drop out. If I trained with some of the fittest people on earth and finished 6th, I would focus on training. I hope her physical education instructor lets her skip class to train. She's already putting in more work than the athletes there on a scholarship.

Yeah and she's still growing and getting better. She's getting better physically through training and at 18/19, she has a few more years to grow anatomical.

Hi how about micro nutricions? How do you get your vitamins, metals and all the rest? Seems to me you have a macro based dieet with less attention to your micros.
