Check out if u have a local craftman club or smth along the lines. In Germany we have one in a small town where I live and they have 3 different types of sweing machines to use for 0€!

I first watched this video around summer and now We are cleaning our wardrobes and my dad you give away many fannels of his because he doesn’t wear them , and I remembered this video and I’m gonna try it tomorrow (but with hand sew since I don’t have a sewing machine)

This is great! I like your creativity in repurposing every bit of that shirt. Also very clever to take in the waist by making the front of the skirt asymmetrical =)
When i look for a sewing diy, this is exactly the kind of thing i am looking for. Its very easy to understand, and its logical. You use true sewing techniques that I've seen my seamstress family members use, and there's no hot glue gun in sight....unlike the previous "sewing" diy i clicked. Still confused as to why false diy videos were posted above this one.
