for those who only have 1 shirt, you can also cut the upper part first and resize it later. rather than resize the whole part. then the bottom can be use.

Instead of using two shirts you could cut the bottom off before cutting the arms. Then use the bottom half instead of a second shirt. It would be a little shorter, but that is OK, because it can just be a shirt instead of a dress.

Use your measurements . I am bigger than the example she showed us . After measuring myself it was easy to know how much to keep . Nice project .

You should've cut the bottom half first before cutting the edge of the whole shirt instead of using 2 shirts to make 1 dress. No hate, just saying.
she needed more length that's why she used two shirts but we can use one if we want a shorter dress
Try to find Extra Tall dress shirts. I am 5'4" and my hubs is 6'7". His XTall shirts come to my knees. Just a thought.
