I don't know about that, but they are certainly up there. I think August Burns Red and Architects are at the top currently, and Crystal Lake is quickly rising.

The intro riff to this song sounds kinda similar to a match made in heaven by architects. Not complaining tho. It's also awesome to see your personality coming through in your vids now, quickly becoming one of my favorite channels. Keep it up dude

The drums in the intro were also similar to Anti-social by While She Sleeps

The first time I heard the song I replayed the first 10 seconds at least a half dozen times. Even now it gives me all sorts of wonderful tingles. And the light hits of the snare during the breakdown around 3:20 are just so great.

You can tell the drummer is inspired by Dan Searle a lot in this song. The intro part is actually Doomsday and he used ghost notes in the breakdown 😂Not judging though I'm just saying. I loved this song and Wage War always comes up with awesome songs!
ya there are a lot of similarities between this track "LOW" and Architect's "Doomsday" & "A Match Made In Heaven" at first listen it didn't occur to me.. I guess mostly cuz I was just so excited for new metal core LOLOL .. but going back through it really became apparent !

I loved your reaction to this brother! You are definitely a real musician! A real musician is passionate about what they do like you are man! You feel the music. As a drummer myself thats what it's about, you have to really feel/vibe with it. Wag War is keeping REAL metal alive! Plus they are sick as fuck live. I saw them live at Warped like right after Blueprints was released. They were on some "Top 10 bands to see at Warped" list. I've been obsessed with them every since, preordered Deadweight when it was released, and plan on preordering whatever album this is on.

This song was everything and more than I coulda asked for. Really cool to hear Briton singing more. Conspiracy theory time...he's secretly a decent singer and they've always had it planned they'd start putting his cleans into proper songs after they did that Johnny Cash acoustic redux where he sang on the track! I've seen people complain that Wage War is just generic metalcore and I have to laugh. Wage War is like the perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It's simple. It's basic. There's nothing fancy or new going on. But it's just sooo good. The bread is perfect, the jelly tastes amazing, the peanut butter is just how you like it. Yeah, it's just a peanut butter jelly sandwich, but I'd rather eat the perfect pbj than a third rate filet mignon that's cooked terribly.
