This is hands down the best explanation of tuning features on the infinity I have seen. Please continue to make tuning content with the infinity!
Thanks for the kind words!
hands down the best guy explaining how to tune, thank you my friend.
Thank you for the kind words!
I own an EMS 2 and have been working on my idle for a few months. I have watched other videos but this one is well explained to where I can apply it to the EMS 2. Thanks for the video.
You are very welcome, thanks for your support!
@@AEMpowerTVelectronics I kno that the ems2 is a little out dated but is there a chance to touch up some more about the idle settings for the ems2?
We will not be doing any future development but I encourage you to contact our tech support team at emstech@aemelectornics.com. You can send them your cal/log files to review and they may be able to help you smooth it out!
what's the ideal position for the idle stepper motor at idle? Is it wrong to open the air bleed or throttle stop to not allow the idle to say go under 800 when all other feedbacks are disabled? ign/air. Most of these import idle air motors are closed when not powered?
thanks for this
Will the 350z infinity 8 plug n play have a base startup map already on? So I can make basic changes?
Hi Johnny, Yes the 350Z PNP does have a base map calibration that you download once you register your Infinity. More info is here! www.aemelectronics.com/products/programmable-engine-management-systems/infinity-ecu/infinity-plug-play-applications/infinity-pnp-03-06-nissan-350z-infiniti-g35-mt
You should use the proportional and integral to get to the target very quickly and derivative to prevent overshoot/dampen the response.
Please, please, make one for ignition start. Please!
