Browsing your page after seeing the leaf yard cleanup. Will be checking the carrot raisin salad too! My mothers favorite! Edit. oh your using lemon curd. My mother made some from scratch when we were young. She was born in Scotland. But later just used Robertson's brand. She made little scone type of things. Nothing was fancy but it was good in our house.

I just grabbed the first lemon cake mix I saw in the store. In this case it was Duncan Hines. But I've made it with other brands and these turned out great with those as well. I hope you like these as much as I do! Take care.
