I cant reset my password because it says my request cannot be processed ,system currently unavailable. And fnb online it says my id no is incorrect i dont know how.

I can't seem to thank TECKOTOOL well enough for the service in recovering my online account password am thankful contact him on telegram or insta if you may need assistance
I click forgot password, the app than makes reset my secret pin than sends back to login page to enter my password (which was never changed 😂).🤦🏽♂️ Utterly useless
