I love watching you brother. My dad is deep into a battle with leukemia and I've been here in rural NC doing what I can for my parents. My therapy, a large part of it, has been axe work and chainsaw work on the land, and I can't say how much these videos have both taught me and calmed and down. Keep doing your thing friend!!
I'm a volunteer with the local council here in the UK, we had a 372XP for the bigger jobs, it had run fine when we needed it over the last 12 years. Then someone borrowed it and it seized up, no oil in the fuel mix, the council workshop could not fix it so it was decided to bin it!!!!! I said I would fix it if the council bought a cylinder and piston replacement, the fix went OK and it was back in use again. Then the idiot who seized it before borrowed it again, ran it without oil again in the mix and it messed it up again. I was given it and fixed it for myself. It runs beautifully. Such a nice saw to use.
Still my daily saw. I bought two 12 years ago and I’ve used the xpg as my main saw most days ever since. It’s been so reliable the other one has never been out the box. Great saw.
Grew up cutting wood. It amazes me how my dad kept our saws ready to eat. I was in 5th grade and had my little Homlite. It was mine because they couldn't start it. My dad decided to burn wood when I was in the 3rd grade. Dad didn't grow up cutting wood. He did all that without RUclips. Anyway this reminds me so much about him.

Merry Christmas! I absolutely LOVE that powersaw! I can feel the powerband of that motor every time she gets into her sweet spot! This is how a 2 stroke should run!
I bought my 372xp about 5 years ago with a 24 inch bar. And a extra 28 inch bar for some of the bigger trees, great saw. My neighbor has a 385xp, one day he was helping fell some trees and he tried my 372xp on a large red oak. He said it cut as good as his 385xp . I like the 372xp because of it power and it’s a little lighter then the 385xp and the 395xp. I also have a Husky 450, and two Sthil saws a 391 and a 261. The Husky 372xp fits and feels better in my hands while using it compared to my 391 Sthil. Sthil is a great saw also I love my Sthil 261 for trimming up the tree limbs.
I had quit the tree service I was working for something bucking said they was taking the fun out of my work best advice ever!!! I enjoy making my living with a power saw bucking fire wood etc
The stihl 461 has always been my favorite go to power saw! I ran the same saw for years and never had a problem with felling stalks full trees or flush cuts like when I say flush I mean like literally less than an inch high from the ground
I live in New Jersey and we have what we call monster trees lol but compared to what you all are felling and bucking it makes our trees look like saplings 😂😂😂😂 I never got my saw ported or an exhaust upgrade or anything like that but after seeing Bucking Billy Ray with his power saws I regret not doing it to mine 😞😞😞

FRIEND ,, YOU ARE A FORCE HERE . I LOVE YOU
Wow learned something… you put the tip of the chain in first… where I just usually go strait to the back end and sink the dogs in. Gonna give that a try!
Picked up a 365 x torque a few years ago for 350$ and it’s by far my favourite so far.
That looks like some nice fir sir
Merry Christmas 🎅. You are a positive influence. Keep up with your great work and kindness brother. It does not go unnoticed.
Merry Christmas Buckin to you and your family. And thank you for making these great videos for us.
First off merry Christmas to your family from ours, and secondly I run all my 2 stroke engines the same way as you. I find with a 2 stroke you got to be on and off the gas as they are working, I call it letting them breath once in a while. I have never cooked a 2 stroke this way.
I agree what do you think of a 281xp? Also looks like that would have made nice lumber
Merry Christmas. That second saw was nuts
Merry Christmas buckin u are getting more snow than me in nova Scotia

Merry Christmas from Alabama! Love this channel!!!
Great video sir....oil in a 2 cycle motor does act as a coolant as well as the fuel... and if there is no oil or not enough that's how you will potentially roast your saw happy new year
