Can you turn the chime and voice off from the app? That's what I need. I come home from work in the middle of the night. I am trying not to disturb my family.
This mutes it all the way i just tried and it make no sound when i open the door, but the tapping of the buttons makes sound so if thats what you mean then theres no way that I’ve seen yet
Why isn't there any other sound options for the control panel this is some BS all there is is a fruity chime or a fruity chime with a description of what doors open all this money I spend and I can't even pick a damn sound I like
If you don't see a "SETTINGS" Icon, go to the home screen and drag down from the top, it's there because they changed the panel/upgraded and it doesn't look like this anymore.
Why when I disarm it, the voice says “disarmed ready to arm-Chime”. Why does she say “chime” now after replacing the batteries? It used to just say “disarmed, ready to arm”.

When I hit tools screen it doesn’t have an icon for settings. It has an advanced icon. Any suggestions?
It is not possible to completely silence the panel. The older panels had that option but the newer digital panel do not unfortunately.

Just remove the window from the system or cut the sensors off
can you turn off all adt products through the master panel
However if you decide not to continue your subscription none of that works correct?
