I enjoyed your video. Liked the way it was a learning experience. I would like to see you wear safety glasses with that wire brush as it’s not made for those speeds with drill . Nice, just saw your video from knarlycarl channel. I'm just a DIY homeowner, but nice to see how to properly replace entire firebox on a peerless boiler. Ive also seen a video where Steve Lavimoniere rebuilt a box. But he just slapped some fireblanket kwool or whatever its called on back and bottom lol. No Taj Mahal there, as he would say lol. I definitely enjoy all that youtube has to teach. Thanks for the video and keep em comming :-)

The unit is almost 20 years old, the customer may be changing out the whole boiler later this year, I just didn't want him to keep running it the way it was.
