The instructor who had trained this Lt Gen must have retired a long ago. This instructor (of Subedar rank) is very young as compared to this Lt Gen (Faiz Hameed, ex-DG ISI).
Faiz Hameed was invited to attend passing out parade at PMA Kakul. After the parade he requested academy instructors to take his drill test. So this instructor (Subedar rank) is testing Faiz Hameed's drill skills. It must be both haunting and amazing for a lower rank subedar to give commands to a senior Lt General. Faiz Hameed was considered the 2nd most powerful man in Pakistan after Qamar Javed Bajwa. That subedar is very lucky!

After the parade he requested academy instructors to take his drill test. So this instructor (Subedar rank) is testing Faiz Hameed's drill skills.
It must be both haunting and amazing for a lower rank subedar to give commands to a senior Lt General. Faiz Hameed was considered the 2nd most powerful man in Pakistan after Qamar Javed Bajwa. That subedar is very lucky!
