    I learned so much from this video! Thank you for creating it! This October will be my 13th year selling on Etsy. My entire brand, product line, and niche has completely transformed since first starting out. Last year’s sales blew all my previous years out of the water and I’m on track to level up even further in 2023. Th biggest thing that changed was I started believing in myself, showing up accordingly, and letting it be fun. 😁 I look forward to watching more of your videos!

Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom and thank you for celebrating with me- let's all keep stoking that flame of inspiration, letting it burn through any of the old stories that hold us back creatively. There's no limit to what we can create in this lifetime, individually & collectively and the world needs us filly LIT UP and thriving! I know you feel me :) Much love to you all :)

    Brandon, man I have to congratulate you on an absolutely beautiful design/layout on your website. It's so well done, I love the About Page and how you even have nice images on the FAQ's. You can tell you spent so much time and thought into every single thing you created. So So So good. I found myself browsing all the gorgeous pot's and more. I particularly like one of the trio sets so I'm hopping back over to see more. You're my go-to-coach on everything Etsy! ☼

      Hi! Thank you so much for the compliment on my website! Glad to hear you like the design and the pots. That trio set was pretty awesome, it’s made from upcycled agricultural byproducts 😃

      @@brandontimothy Thanks so much for the reply. I took the time to read that (regarding upcycled byproducts) because you know how to tell a story and that's what kept me on the site so long. Also, you can tell when someone is coming from a place of hard work (as you are) and not just trying to make 100K in a week in their first week online. Love what you stand for and all the help and knowledge you provide in the world. You made it work, you found a way! Just awesome Brandon!

    Good video, useful advice. I've been selling online for a long time but started on Etsy last year. This is the first Etsy tutorial video I've watched where I agree with everything. The first comment you make about quality listings over quantity is important. I only listed my best 20 -30 items to begin with as I wanted to be sure of very happy buyers and I hit star seller status after the first 3 months. I still only have around 70 but I'm doing well and slowly building, it's better to have 30 quality listings than 130 mediocre ones on any platform. The tip about changing the option so the items you sell don't show is very useful. I just changed mine and had a spy on my biggest competitors sales, thanks :)

    I’ve been thinking about selling my collage art on Etsy and have been researching via RUclips for a couple of weeks. Just stumbled across your channel in the algorithm & enjoyed this informative video. Thanks, from a new subscriber ✌🏼

    Hi Brandon...thanks for this...its a day of no inspiration for me...i am desperate, and i think that I am watching too many different you tubers....too many ideas and differences from them all. Every one has their own way of doing things...thank you that you always inspire...

      Hey, I feel you! Some days the inspiration just doesn't come. With so many RUclipsrs out there, it can be hard to know which direction to go in. But don't worry, just keep experimenting and trying new things.

    A Etsy Coach said that when you open your shop have a page or so of listings. Then add one listing a day. It shows Etsy you are active. On some level it does make sense. Until you have vetted designs & have over 100. Why not list them all? Then list one a day. (Not my first Etsy Shop)

    • @brandontimothy
      @brandontimothy  Год назад +1

      Yup if you can add this many listings and be consistent, it’s definitely a great way to go. But something to keep in mind is to not lose sight of quality over your listings

    • @christiannilsen2835
      @christiannilsen2835 Год назад +1

      Cause if you upload a CSV with 100 products say and etsy boost them and get no sales or traffic .. then what? Nothing more to list and quality score will just ignore your store and fade away, that’s why
      His channel is called Etsy Consultant

    Hey Brandon. Thanks for another great video. A couple of things. I'm in the UK and not doing very well sales wise. How much does location matter on Etsy? I'm putting in loads of time but not seeing the results I hoped for. The US market is where the action is and I feel I don't have access to it. Also I have a supplier in China but I learned that you're not supposed to on-sell if you haven't designed the product. Everyone seems to be on-selling so I'm confused. I would love your thoughts or advice about these things. Cheers

    I ran ads for a week, but did not make a single sale. What happens if I don't pay the balance? Will my Etsy shop be suspended or will it have an impact on my credit score ?

      Yes, if you don’t pay the negative balance on your shop, Etsy can close your shop :(
