How would I get started in the process of becoming a teachers assistant? I prefer working with smaller children either TK to kindergarten

I would start with looking into your local colleges and seeing if they have classes if your not already taking classes. that can help boost your pay with a district. Also just start applying for those jobs within the area that you want to work.
