I don't personally use PayPal for any of my purchases, but to be able to get 3x minimum on a lot of my spending would be pretty great! I was calculating 1.5 chase x 2 cents per point but with this one it is straight forward beside I received in my email Payal mentioning that they have 6 months of 0 APR on any purchases above $99 which makes it more desirable. I wish if I can checkout with Amazon using Paypal when I don’t have Amazon prime credit card yet.
@@10ahmedhassan You bring up a good point! If you were into cash back, this card would make sense. But if you like to use your points for travel, I would argue the CFU is still better. The Amazon Prime card is definitely a really great card for online shopping if you tend to shop the most with Amazon, and I would personally definitely get that one before I got the PayPal card. But I think the PayPal card can be really good if you're someone who uses PayPal frequently.

How does the monthly payment work ? Does the interest apply after every month if I don't pay the whole balance in full or does the interest kick it at the end of the year on whatever my balance is ?
if its like any credit card, charges accumulate, end up on a statement balance, and you have a month to pay that off. you can pay anywhere between the minimum and your total balance but there is interest. APR or whatever is annual, but I think you have to consider compounding interest to figure out how much there is on a monthly basis. pretty much, just dont charge more than you can pay off in a month
Overall I like the card but I try to using it as a monthly expense card and on large payments they would take the money and wait 2 weeks to allow it to be usable.
Hey, I believe it's a 670 or higher. On the cards website it states that "there's no impact to your credit bureau score if you're not approved for the card." So, if you want the card, you can apply; if you get approved, they'll do a hard pull, but if you don't, your credit score will be unaffected. Hope this helps! 😊

Your QR purchase might be going to another card on your account. To get the 3% it MUST go to PayPal Mastercard. Make sure you’re seizing the double dip. For example I went to Sephora through the PayPal link for 5% back AND I’m getting 3% back too. ❤

I actually use PayPal simply because I get 5% cash back for either 3 or 6 months in a year plus it's slightly more secure.

You can use it for gas stations. If you use an ATM for withdrawals, they'll charge you a $1.50 fee every time you do that.
