This is the content everyone loved.....RV travel. When it became political during Covid and they bought the campground, they lost a ton of subscribers. It was their choice and a huge change in content. If they would get back to RV travel, they would gain back viewers. They are going after different viewers now, religious and adamantly conservative. I've followed off and on, but got bored with all the campground content.

You two are FANTASTIC together!! I totally understand the "Eddie Rabbit" Song, "I'm Driving My LIfe Away". There are times that I find nearly humanly impossible to carry on driving. I just put 1275 miles on my car in one week. It wasn't just driving, but it was running all over the state of Michigan doing service calls in churches. My wife didn't drive one mile during it, but I am not complaining because she would have if I has asked her. I'm over 70 and still going pretty strong... BUT... there is a limit. I wish I had an RV for what I do, but I know I would not be able to cover that much ground. I really enjoy watching the interaction between both of you! I see the same with my wife. It makes the time pass very nicely to have support from the ones we love, even if we disagree how and where we go next!

Oh wow! I know EXACTLY what you went through in that wind! Two yrs ago we drove from CA to Nebraska for a family reunion. We wanted to visit our favorite camping state (Colorado), so came back via I-80. Our “Lucy” is a Navion Winnebago class C too, and with the wind clocked at 65+ MPH, we were all over the road! Cars and truckers were pulled-over to wait-it-out, but NOOOOO, we had to push on. I. WAS. TERRIFIED! Tim’s arm muscles ached for days trying to keep us upright on the road. There were many, many 18-wheelers overturned alongside the hwy. ANYWAY, you guys can just chock that experience in the RV experience book…no harm. I am SOOOOO happy you made it out to see the family and those grand babies and be on the road again🪕🪕🪕. Hubby Tim will be back Tuesday after 16 days apart…he was in Quartzsite, AZ having a complete solar system installed on our motorhome. (Longest we’ve ever been apart since we MET each other in 1971!). ANYWAY, it was great watching this video and experiencing your episodes on the road…thanks so much for always taking me along! Silverado 2500 HD with a Palomino Maverick truck camper in the bed at 11.5 ft. high overall. Driving South on I-25 in Colorado. The shear winds would make us change lanes. Truckers were pulling over. I reduced my speed to 55 until we got into New Mexico. That was a white knuckle ride but I slept like a baby that night. We now have a lower profile setup that is only 9.8 ft. high and will be heading out in July from Kentucky to Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. (if the country is still safe enough to travel by then and diesel is not 10 bucks a gallon)) FJB

John, you didn't stand a chance once you broke the eggs. Two against one. Now that was funny right there. Loved your better halfs egg comments! The night time driving issue were just like mine last fall. Turns out the eyes developed cataracts in a very short time frame, less than a year! Eye Checkup in the spring was good, 6 months later it was time to get them out. Amazing difference both day and night. Wind, been there. A couple years ago I had a 35' Super C and hit 60+ mph crosswinds, then a supercell thunderstorm. We listed like a sailboat, I thought we were going over on our side. By chance I forgot to drain the freshwater tank (on the driver side) and that extra 800lbs likely kept us upright as the wind came from drivers to passenger side. Even at 10mph it was wicked. No place to hide either out in the plains. The storm blew up out of nowhere. A box truck already went over just 1/4 mile ahead of us.
Enjoy the visit and enjoy the trip. Pushing too hard makes it not so great and fatigue can get you in trouble fast. Hope you can take more time coming back.

Agreed! We do exactly the same thing. Shotgun is my go to home defense weapon next to me. 9 mm for the outside carry. Google the new S&W 12 gauge shotgun that holds up to 14 shells! It looks like it came from the future and is quite fun to shoot. 😉
