I agree with all the comments - Chris is such an easy artist to follow. He is clear and concise in his explanations and gives you the information you need to know without all the fluff. I am so excited I found him!
Thanks! :)
Thank you for this. I love the way mine came out . Do more cityscapes. I had so much fun with this.
This is an awesome video, your instructions are clear. I am a beginner and it may take me days to complete but I am totally ok with that, I just want to enjoy the process. I also don't like to give myself a certain "time frame" because it is Art after all and I want to try my best. So happy I found your channel, thank you very much!
Hi Chris this was really different and I’m glad to try a city scape. Old European street scenes are intriguing as well, I will have to look through your work to see if there are any

sharon allen Thank you!
Sorry I saw in the beginning 16x20
This is not really a beginner tutorial. Also, do not be fooled by the length of the video. There are a lot of necessary pauses. Including all of the times when you need to pause to catch up to him, this took my fiance and I several hours to complete.
Katie Kosko So seems you didn't like it overall. Do you want your money back?
Honestly, we did enjoy it. Just trying to give a word of advice to any other true beginners who may be looking to follow a tutorial to kill about an hour or so. The time the painting took was a bit more than the time we had planned. Part of the reason we chose your tutorial was for the 46 minute run time. No need to be sarcastic about it.
I like do paint dallas
So cool and well explained! Can't wait to get started, thank you.
Thanks so much.
