Hi, i really love your videos!
Do you have a video about obtaining a real estate license in Ireland? Do you have any good real estate courses that you would recommend?

    Question:
Assuming you get a solicitor and that the deal doesn’t go through, will the solicitor fees be refunded or kept for another potential house you may have?
Literally do you lose your money to the solicitor when the deal does not go through ?
    Regards

It depends on your solicitor and at what stage, and why, it does not proceed. I don't charge but am entitled to be paid for my time because that, along with expertise, is what I sell to make a living. So mileage may vary🤔

Do solicitors need a solicitor? When they buy homes?

      Yes, if they are borrowing.
