I just bought the LANDSLYDE single pin sight at .019. my buddy ask if you can swap out the green the pin for a red pin. Also I watch the videos. but a question I have is will the scope affect a 100 yard shot with lighter pound bows (50-60)
If you've got the Accustat scope, I don't think you can change the pins yourself. If you've got a the AV31/AV41 single pin scope, you can put any pin ring in it to change the color (or, if you like the .019 pin size, you can just buy some new fiber and run it yourself). As for long distance, the only impact the scope will have on your ability to get out to 100 yards is vane contact as you get to the bottom of the sight travel. That can be tricky to sort, but one thing you can try is raising your peep height a little bit (keeping in mind this will affect your anchor point) to get a little more arrow clearance under your scope.
Is there a sight you recommend for the Southwest Archery systems Spyder?
