If I loved eating and had to eat this much to gain muscle, that would just be too easy wouldn't it? Unfortunately the world doesn't work like that...

Nice maybe invest more time in improving your cooking skills (find a few simple recipes), often more ingredients=more calories = more delicious food = easier and bette life

Stan should share the protein more evenly throughout the day, because the body can´t take for example 80g of protein in one meal like he is doing at some of his meals.

Hey guys I have a concern about the shake he has in the morning.. I added all the ingredients up and its about 550-600 calories WITHOUT the scoop of strawberry whey protein powder. I'm not sure what protein powder he's using but surely one scoop of it can't be 500 calories worth?? He says that shake is 1100 calories which would be great because I need a big shake like that in the mornings aswell, but I don't think that shake is actually 1100.. Unless I've added stuff wrong.. Could someone correct me if I'm wrong please?
How does someone have that higher maintenance? Im 18, 6'2, 185pounds-ish, moderately active and have 3000cal maintenance, he looks like he has similiar stats except the age
Lean muscle and fast metabolism. The more lean muscle you have on your body, the more calories your require to maintain that muscle, and Stan the man is massive. On top of that, his metabolism is most likely very fast due to him being a hard gainer.
Isn't it to high in protein? Shouldn't it be 2 grams of protein per kg bodyweight? Or is it no problem because of the high calories? I eat 4800 also and struggle to stay at 180 gram of protein..

I just calculated it, i think you forgot the oats. 200 grams of oats already contains 700 to almost 800 kcal.
