Laser vibrometer for $3K is intriguing, it’s interesting though if it has enough sensitivity to pick the vibration of an air coupled transducer. Also I guess the surface should be pretty reflective for this thing to work, meaning white matching layer might not work well? Thanks for the interesting topic !
Nowadsys, the laser vibrometers are quite tolerant of nonreflecting surfaces. Something like normal paint with a slight gloss is actually recommended by some manufacutures.
Sir, I am providing ultrasonic vibration in a bath using ultrasonic transducer available in market. its actually mechanically vibrate the bath using a piezoelectric crystal. Actually i need to measure the vibration characteristics at surface of bath. Is there any cheap method for that. its for my project.
Great effort 👌
Thank you!

in our lab we have Oscilloscope , signal generator etc.. is it useful ?
